Managed product sampling for brands

TargetBay runs sampling campaigns end to end. We match your product with community members who fit, ship it, and collect honest, disclosed reviews from people who actually used it.

How a campaign works

1. We agree on the product, sample quantity, timing, targeting, and the review destination.
2. TargetBay invites suitable members. Each member can accept one sample per campaign.
3. Products ship to accepted members through an authorized fulfillment route.
4. Members confirm receipt, try the product for the agreed period, and submit a review.
5. Reviews are moderated with neutral, policy-based rules, and you receive a reconciled campaign report.

What you're responsible for

• Accurate product information, use instructions, and safety warnings
• Sample inventory and the agreed fulfillment arrangement
• Rights and requirements for any destination where reviews will appear

Our commitments

Every review is disclosed as coming from a free product. Members are never rewarded for praise or penalized for criticism. You can't select reviews by rating.

Sample quantity is not a guaranteed number of reviews. We don't guarantee star ratings or publication on any retailer. Each destination's collection route and eligibility have to be confirmed before a campaign opens.
