What you agree to when you join

This agreement summarizes your commitments as a member. It is part of the Terms of Use.

• Offers are not guaranteed. Members are matched to products by stated interests, location, and stock, never by past ratings.
• When you accept a product, you agree to the tasks, trial period, and deadline recorded in that offer.
• You will confirm when the product arrives, actually use it as directed for the trial period, and then write an honest review in your own words.
• Your review will disclose that you received the product free through the TargetBay Sampling Community.
• Positive and negative opinions are equally welcome. Your rating never affects future offers, and no one may ask you to change it.
• You will not sell or return products, create extra accounts, or have anyone else write your review.
• If a product is missing, damaged, wrong, or unsafe for you, you will contact support instead of reviewing it. Approved exceptions carry no penalty.
• You can pause or leave the Community at any time.
